Red Hat (RHT) Continues to Grow (and Make Money)

Red Hat (RHT) continues to grow. The company reported 2Q'16 results after the market closed yesterday (02015.09.21). I liked the following from the press release:

"We exceeded guidance across a number of financial metrics."

"Operating cash flow was $120 million for the second quarter, an increase of 12% on a year-over-year basis. Total cash, cash equivalents and investments as of August 31, 2015 was $2.0 billion after repurchasing approximately $70 million, or approximately 895 thousand shares, of common stock in the second quarter. As of August 31, 2015, the remaining balance in the current repurchase authorization was approximately $430 million."

"The full year revenue guidance is increased..."

RHT closed yesterday (02015.09.21) at $72.72. 52-week range: $52.53 - $81.49. RHT opened down today (02015.09.22) at $71.45.
