Facebook Drops Well Below IPO Price

Facebook (FB) is down 13.3% right now at $33.14 (02012.05.21 at 9:54am EDT). Probably won't take long before the shareholder class action suits start getting filed.

Interesting tidbit... On 21 May 02012, Google (GOOG) has remained above its IPO price for 2,832 consecutive days, but Facebook (FB) could do it for only one day.
