Yahoo! (YHOO) might receive $7.6 billion by selling its 40% stake in Alibaba. There are approximately 1.18 billion YHOO shares. According to my calculator that equates to approximately $6.44 per share. Yahoo! has about $1.91 per share in cash and minimal debt. YHOO closed yesterday at $15.16. 52-week range: $13.11 - $16.79.

Do you Yahoo!? Yes, I still do. But it has been extremely frustrating being a long-term YHOO shareholder.
